The event starts at 10am and lasts the whole day. On top of learning the VHM fundamentals, the participants will be rewarded by hearty lunch, 1 hot and 1 cold drink. Sauna and hot tubs will also be available. See below for detailed programme.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, it is recommended you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.


10.00 - 11.30 Breathing exercises
You will learn how to:
- Optimise breathing mechanics and general breathing pattern
- Use breathing to achieve deep meditative states
- Practice meditation and breathing to improve focus

11.30 - 12.00 Lunch Break

12.00 - 12.30 Theory / Lecture

12:30 - 15.30 Ice bath
You will learn how to:
- Control stress response
- Use cold as ultimate mental training tool
- Use gradual cold exposure to increase cold tolerance

15.30 - 16.00 Closing discussion

After 16.00 - Sauna & hot tubs relaxation until 17.00
