YOGA UNDER THE SKY
Swap your yoga classroom for an open field to stretch your mind, body and soul
while surrounded by nature under the vast canopy of sky.
These vinyasa flow yoga classes are open level and adjusted to suit the need of its practitioners from beginners through to more experienced yogis.
Tickets are per person and include all booking fees, taxes and a complimentary drink.
Yoga under the Sky is brought to you by Becky Duncan of Chanting Stork.
Tickets include a freshly mixed, non-alcoholic drink or herbal tea served at the Hilltop Terrasse after the class. after the class and you are welcome to stay at PAUS. as long as you would like.
Please wear comfortable clothing so that you can move with ease. If you don't have your own yoga matt, we will have some to lend you. This class is suitable for all levels. Drop us a line if you have a question regarding this workshop or you can also contact Becky directly.
In case of rain, a sheltered area for your class will be provided. Changing facilities available.

PLAN YOUR PAUS AND MAKE A DAY OF IT:
Book a session in our wood-fired hot tubs so you can relax and recharge after your class. Due to limited capacity, it is recommended that you book a bathing session in advance. If you are unsure, there will be a small number of tickets reserved for walk ins on the day.
All workshop participants are welcome to stay after the class to enjoy drinks and freshly made food at the Hilltop Terrasse or to lounge on deckchairs under the canopy of the sky, relishing the fresh air.
You can add multiple bathing sessions, workshops and extras such as massage into your basket and book in one go.
Need transport from Cambridge?
The PAUS bus can take you to Bourn and back so you can enjoy a hassle-free day (and an extra glass of Prosecco perhaps?). Book here.

"There is nothing that makes me feel more alive than being able to reach up to the sky surrounded by peace and tranquillity. Doing yoga outside has so many benefits, not only is it a great way to reset body, mind and soul but it’s also a great way to engage with nature and the real world we live in that is part of us.
I value and understand the importance of finding space, reconnection and feeling whole while keeping the bodies in a constant flow and balance. This is why I love the beautiful amalgamation of mindfulness through movement and my sole aim is to create an entire experience.
My classes are strategically sequenced to increase strength and flexibility while releasing stress and fatigue.
I love being able to practice yoga with the sky as my canopy so every summer you’ll find me outdoors doing wilderness yoga somewhere in the rural countryside. This year I am honoured to bring this part of my practice to PAUS."
